How do I receive my referral payment?
You can enter your account number and sort code under ‘Edit Profile’ in the Partner Dashboard. You will receive your referral payment within 30 days of the Landlords first payment.
Who can become an affiliate?
Our program is ideal for:

Letting agents or property advisors.
Other professionals who have access to landlords or property owners.
We provide all the referral materials and guidance.
Do I need to handle landlord onboarding?
No. Rent React handles all landlord onboarding, contracts, and property management. Your role is purely referral based.

How does the referral process work?
Share your unique referral link with the Landlord.
Our system automatically tracks landlord sign ups, for 30 days after they click the link. You can track this in your Partner Dashboard.
If the Landlord calls us instead, we ask which partner recommended us and assign the referral to your account.
